Anyone who has tried to quit knows that it’s not a one-person undertaking. You need help to stop smoking. One of the most effective stop smoking aids isn’t sold in any form. It’s nothing more than knowing that you’re harming yourself and your family with the second hand smoke. If those people who care most about you are ready to help you through the process, you may find that you can make it happen. This is what I believe a support network should be trying to accomplish and the reasons why I think that this form of support network is so essential if we are going to be successful in quitting those nasty cigarettes.

You may be wondering what I am attempting to sell by way of this article. Well the answer is nothing and what is more I do not even work within the quit smoking industry. I am actually involved in the DVD duplication service as well as offering stop stuttering and I sell external doors on a part-time basis.

Make Yourself Responsible to Someone

The demons in the brain – the voices in our head – are very powerful and will be willing you to go for “just one more” crafty fag. Making yourself responsible to another person means that you’re going to have to actively lie about your smoking. Is there really any point in denying the fact that you have smoked? OK so you feel bad or you feel like a loser – well you are and perhaps if you get to feel like a loser then this then might spur you to on to become a smoke-free winner. Choose someone who’ll ask you on a regular basis whether you’ve had a cigarette.

Talk to the “Naggers”

Spouses, family and friends often nag about smoking until the smoker is ready to scream. The key here is that it’s seldom productive and only makes the smoker more angry, nervous and anxious for another smoke. Quitting smoking is hard enough without adding the stress of arguments over the subject. Take time to explain that to all those “naggers” in your group. State that there support is vital to your success but that any form of negativity or nagging will be of no help whatsoever.

Help For Quit Smoking Hypnosis

Remind those in your support group that quit smoking products or methods you choose shouldn’t be important. The important thing is that you’re stopping smoking. To this end we only really require positive thoughts with regards hypnosis quit smoking techniques. If you lose faith in the quit smoking hypnosis because of what you hear about it, it’s only going to serve to make the process less effective.

Cigarettes Are Bad For You And Everyone Around You

It’s no surprise to any of us that smoking is damaging to our health. And those health risks apply to not just the smoker, but also any onlookers that may be near the smoker thru second user smoke effects. Because of the harmful effects of second hand smoke, lately laws were passed banning smoking in public places.

Smoking is one of the leading reasons behind death through diseases like lung cancer, heart attack and stroke. Smoking also causes a number of other cosmetic issues,eg teeth yellowing, epidermal discoloration, accelerated aging and hair loss. If these effects were exclusive to the smoker, there may not have been so much support to enact the new laws banning smoking in public areas. But because the smoke is gratuitous and can have the same effects on anyone near the smoker, the new laws were implemented banning smoking in public areas to give protection to the trusting onlookers in those public areas.

Research has proven that the tobacco leaf itself contains about one thousand different chemicals, but the burning end of a Marlboro is an incredible chemical factory that produces thousands of new chemicals. Tobacco smoke is understood to hold more than 4,000 different chemical compounds, most of which are thought to be deadly to the human body.

Medical research has proven that frequent exposure to second user smoke can cause a number of health issues and sicknesses, for example bronchitis and pneumonia. Used smoke not only damages the lungs and skin, but it also has been shown to affect the brain, heart, and bones and even lead to a range of different cancers. If a smoker lights up at home, their family is then exposed to the used smoke and is similarly subject to all of its deleterious effects. Consequently, laws further to those banning smoking in public places, have also been enacted preventing tobacco product firms from advertising on TV, radio and in many mags in the hopes this will help inspire users to stop smoking all together.

Happily for smokers, modern technology has supplied a healthier alternative choice to conventional cig smoking, and that’s the electronic cigarette. Electronic cigarettes provide the user with the nicotine dose they crave and it does it without producing real smoke. Hence, users and onlookers are no longer in danger of the dangerous results of real smoke. In addition, electronic cigarettes are not hit with the tobacco taxes that ordinary cigarettes are, so they can be {less expensive|cheaper}. And because they aren’t officially smoking, electronic cigarettes typically aren’t proscribed by the laws banning smoking in public areas.

clearly, for any smoker that’s nervous about the damaging effects their cigarette smoke is causing themselves and their family, the advantages of electronic cigarettes are tough to deny.
